Description: PRIME This course will help those who are charged with ensuring compliance with all laws, regulations, and rules regarding the oversight and management of their facilities and quality of care and life for residents. The program provides them with understanding of the immediate jeopardy process that is applied by survey teams when certain levels of non-compliance result in citations related to potential for or actual harm to residents. Numerous F-Tag regulations are reviewed, including those that can result in substandard quality of care designation. The CMS Scope and Severity Grid is reviewed. Prevention and action plan strategies are discussed. Course run time 50 minutes.
